Kids dont try this at home.
I made this
Seahorses in the top tank and anemones in the bottom tank.
fish move fast, Macroalgae grows quick too!
My Barbouri seahorses
A huge Rose bubble I got on this forum
My green bubble anem with pink tips
Some of my LTA
My very first LTA and two smaller ones
Hardest part of having this is keeping my hands out of the anem tank and not overfeeding the horde of damsels and clowns I have in there. They love to eat.
I hope the fish arent too hard to catch if I have to move them to a larger tank.....
Anem tank:
1 RBTA
1 GBTA
7 LTA
10 Fiji Damsels
9 Ocelaris clowns
2 tomatoe clowns
2 Black Saddleback clowns
1 Clarki clowns
1 mandarin goby
1 lawnmower blenny
2 porcelain crabs
1 cleaner shrimp
2 pepermint shrimp
5 black brittlestars
7 brown brittlestars
mucho snails
seahorse tank
2 Barbouri seahorses
1 giant mandarin goby
4 Tiger cowries
7 Black brittlestars
5 brown brittlestars
1 pepermint shrimp
What fun! Had a terrible outbreak of vibrio in the seahorse tank and lost all but my two barbouri just recently, the anem tank has been death free for almost two months. Basically since it was stocked and I learned that saddleback carpets die in the presence of bubble anemones. Keep waiting for the fishies to start fighting, but aside from some minor posturing everything has survived from the day I first put them all in (like everything pretty mush at once). Odd thing was that I was worried the clowns and damsels would shred each other and never worried about the seahorses, ended up the seahorses suffered terrible losses and the fish are just fine. Anyone else have a crazy damselfish or clown heavy tank out there?
