JG1: I keep it very simple: 4 drops zeostart2 in the morning and in the evening.
4-5 drops bak and 8-10 drops of biomate 2xweek, b-balance 10 ml 3xweek CV 6-8 drops all the other days.

every other day...one day yes one day not.
but usually in the other day I use another italian coral food containing also some aminoacids.
