some pics to share.

So hard to adjust the white balance with my canon. Can never get proper color rendition...

Sometimes is almost imposible to get the right colors from the camera. That is why I use photoshop in all my photos. Hope you don't mind I play a little with your photos which are very good, just a little white balance, color and brightness adjustments to bring the real colors.

How did you beat AEFW? Your tank looks great btw.

Not sure if AEFW beat me or I beat it. I lost a few colonies. I dipped and dipped. Four acros survived. Birds nests are never affected which explains why my birdsnest is almost football size..Thanks

looks great! They look very similar to the actual colors. Thanks

Glad the interceptor is working, tank is looking good! Keep up the good work.

I have done three treatments so far as they keep showing up. My guess is the interceptor does not kill the eggs. I hope the third one is the last one. We will see. Thanks for the kind words.

On the topic of the spiders, have you increased the dose each time?

Did you have any success with finding a fish or invert that would eat them?

Funny how the small stuff can be the biggest pain. ;)

On the first treatment I did the suggested dose for RBs. The first treatment killed quite a few. Seeing that there's no adverse effect on anything in the tank I doubled the dose on the second treatment. One whole tablet. Also used the same on the third one. I haven't done a water change yet after the third treatment to see what will happen. I have turned on the skimmer though. So far so good.
I do have a leopard wrasse in the tank. My LFS suggested it. I just couldn't wait for the result.

I don't believe mine is an isolated case. I did a search here on RC and found just a couple on the topic of sea spiders...

Yea way to get through the aefw. I know how you feel its a pain in the butt. I had to fight the aefw and a few others as well, all recently.
