I could be wrong but your angel seems to have some spots on it, it could be some particles in the water that appeared as spots on the fish however it is swimming against the current in that picture!!!

He is 100% healthy I was turning the pumps on and off as we atopped taking pics and then started again, so theree was sand and particulate and microbubbles, lol.
