Wow! really well done.
now all you have to do is take all the softies and lps to the lfs for store credit and get yourself a bunch of acros! :D
is there enough flow circulating through that rockwork?

Thanks guys, yea there is alot of flow going through the rocks with 3 vortech mp40w's and a tunze 6105 on a controller. I dont think I could part with my softies they are too pretty in my opinion and make it unique

now all you have to do is upgrade to a bigger tank and buy more acros!
i know its more difficult to have a mixed tank. Nice work

Critique what? It's fricken' beautiful! Well done Brandon. I can't believe you can keep those 6 tangs happy in that footprint. What's your secret?

Thanks man, I think they are happy because of all the flow that is on the tank, but i do agree they need a bigger tank. I rescently switched out my bulbs and idk if I like this combo. I may change it sometime this week if I can get out to the LFS.

I have a 6 foot 150 (72 x 18 x 27) with a Yellow Tang, Mimic Tang and Kole Tang. The Mimic Tang hasn't changed from bright yellow to the chocolate brown of adult coloration and the Yellow Tang gives him hell every once in a while for being the same color. I love your color rendering of the lighting by the way...can't believe you want to change it. It just seems so spot on for a mixed reef.

Looks terrific.
Here's my 2 cents..
Keep the one giant softie on the left side. Ditch the right and back one. That will give some room for the SPS frags to grow in.

Actually Brandon, it appears to me you have a good amount of acro frags in the tank as it is..especially in the upper middle. I'd clear the top third of the tank of the LPS and softees and give some room for those frags to grow without being stung from the softees. Then again...it looks great now. See what growth forms the SPS take on and trim accordingly.

Im using an ati powermodule 8x54watt. I may just set up another tank and go 100% acros in it. I dont think i could part my softies and lps lol.
