took some snapshots of my tank tonight... but with the unfortunate combination of a mediocre camera and an embarrassing lack of skill, these pics are of horrible quality...

nevertheless, i wanted to share some pics of my little 30 gal reef that operates on a college budget. :)

first off we have a couple of my favorites... blastos and orange zoas...

Nice! Everything looks very, very happy.

I love the overall color in the FTS. The pure white is sweet. Very natural looking.

Sweet stuff! The candy cane is doing awesome! And ya, that's a lobophyllia and a very nice one too! Really striking pair of clowns too Brooke! Now it's lookin all purty and stuff dont be like me and go fixen anything!!! ;)

Very nice job Brooke, the tank looks beautiful. You don't have to be a neurologist to keep a reef, but it doesn't hurt :)

thanks guys :)

lol, yep justin whenever i try to "fix" anything that's when all hell breaks loose. i've been too busy to tinker with it lately.. but besides some algae issues i think it was actually good for the tank.

paul- i tried to get a pic of the orange ball corallimorph when it opened after lights out, but i just couldn't get a clear shot. i'll keep tryin, it's awesome looking. (still waiting for it to split, by the way)

Ahh, don't feel so bad about the pictures......Justins were MUCH worse in the past. :) Those zoas are going to look sweet when they grow all together.

Woo hoo - Pics!

Looking great Brooke! BTW - is that a sailfin blenny peeking its head out of the hole in the live rock?

mike-- yep, that's one of our little florida guys! they crack me up. i think i might only have one now though... the other blenny (i think it was called a saddleback blenny) was beating up on the other one, and now i haven't seen the little guy in about a week :(
