some question about dottybacks

I plan on trying to breed the dottybacks(Orchid Dottyback). Now I have one in my system so how do I find the mate pair for the one that I have right now? Do they change the sex like clown fish? The one in my tank is about 2", so if I find the smaller one, do they will pair up? Or should I just try to buy as a pair?

For orchid dottybacks, if both are female, the dominant one will become a male. If both are male, the less dominant one can revert back to being a female however this will take much longer than changing from a female to a male. Rather easy to pair up as they are also considered quite docile as far as dottybacks go. Other dottybacks are a pain in the ***.
