LRS reef frenzy food is a nice mix of seafoods, kinda like a homemade recipe, I've used it and fish ate it like crazy but its expensive, no LFS carry it, shipping overnight is expensive. Crazyeyes did a group buy earlier this year on the food.

I usually thaw in a cup of tank water for a few minutes and then broadcast feed... I've also clipped the LRS with an algae clip since it doesn't seem to fall apart like Rod's once wet. Any other suggestions?

I use a clam schucking knife and shave it down when frozen..then add to a cup of water...smaller fish will love the smaller particles...I shave it a bit bigger for larger fish...

Yes I know, $30k was offered for the Peppermint but no deal was finalized. But there's documented $50k deals for Koi.... And they live in my pond on the side of my house if anyone's got the bucks?!?!?! I'll sell them for $10. Hahaha. Very cool IMO.
