Some things for trade...

Ok, so now that we are back from vacation and everything is looking ok, I was thinking about listing what I have for trade. We are looking for a variety of things, so if you have something we may be interested, just ask.

The list right now is....

1 Pink and Purple Ricordea Yuma
1 Pink and Purple Ricordea Yuma that im trying to attach a hairy mushroom to.
1 Frag of pink centered Zoas with purple outside with 4 polyps
1 Frag of 3 different zoas on a rock, one is green skirt, purple ring, green mouth. The next is green skirt, dark green inside and yellowish mouth. The last is green skirt, yellow/whitish ring, green ring and yellow/whitish mouth.

I unfortunately don't have a good picture of it, It's a nice piece, just not really pleased in my setup (low flow, low light) Dr. Mac's folks said it would be okay under PC lighting, I think it would be much happier with more light. I could send a pic on my phone, if you want one, it won't be quality, but will give you the idea. I'd like a ric, if you have any left. I am PMing you my cell #, give me a call and I'll send you the pic if you're interested.

I would be glad to trade the turbinaria for a yuma, Ill get ahold of you after classes today. Im gonna see if I can upload a couple pictures of them to here.


Can I get the #'s from the ballast to make sure that it is HO? If its what im looking for then thats a definate trade possibilty as well.

Ok, here are some pics of the yumas... Im not sure why they swell their polyps up, but they do have tentacles on the oral opening, which makes them yumas and not florida. The first picture shows the color of the disc really well and the second picture you can see the tentacles good. In these pics you cant really see the mouth as they were taken right after they first attached, but the parent colony has a neon green ring around the mouth and the actual oral cavity is orange. These are doing just fine under PC lighting and spreading quite well FWIW.

Talked to the gf and she said that if I wanted the ballasts I would have to pay for them out of pocket... not trade them. I guess its trades for corals only

damnpepshrimp ... Ill trade the zoa frag for one of the colts... how does that sound? Either tonight or tomorrow night im gonna chop up another of the yumas since people seem to like them so in about a week - 1 1/2 ill have 2 more ready to go.
