Actually its a maxima. I have seen the black and white maxima's sell right away for $500

i know the listing says maxima, but the shell is more crocea-like. to bad there's no side shot. definitely isn't black and white maxima class, either.

I can see the scutes on the side of the shell, that is a clear indicator that it is a maxima to me. You have to remember it is a very small clam at 1"

And I would estimate that since it is so small and it is a maxima that it has a 50/50 chance of survival through shipping and acclimation.
