ID is tough at this size, a top down shot would really help, still no guarantee it can be ID'd at this size though.

I have revisited this pic several times, again a top down would help get a better idea, from the taxonomy of it in the pic posted it looks very close to A. anthocercis but with it being this small and only a few branches as well as just one side pic its hard to give an accurate guess, again though, so far looks very close to A. anthocercis. But a good top down pic could either confirm my suspicion or disregard it.
