Something growing on my Torch Coral

Hi,

I was looking around in my tank, and I noticed some little red structures growing near the base of my Torch Coral. I was wondering if these red structures could be Dragon's Breath macro algae, something completely different or just the way torch corals grow, because this is my first torch. I purchased him only about a week ago. He doesn't seem to mind it being there right now, but I know if it is a macro algae when it grows he probably won't like it to much. I've included a link to a video of this red structure, be sure to watch it in HD!

Any help with this ID would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

It is almost certain from what I can see that it is some form of red macro algae. It will look good when it grows in. It is too small for me to even guess at what kind it is. The dragons breath and other halymenia are gelatinous. If it doesn't feel smooth and squishy it is something else.
