Something killing my scarlet reef hermit crabs?

hey everyone, I have a feeling there is something in my tank that is killing my scarlet reef hermits. I just found the second one dead, and out of his shell, which is odd since I can't find the shell for one of them. Currently I only have a clean up crew since I have a relatively new tank, and a damselfish. The cleanup crew consists of 3 tonga nassarius snails, 10 nassarius snails, 5 bumblebee snails, 10 blue leg reef hermits, and 5, well now 3 scarlet reef hermit crabs. Any ideas?

Thanks!

it could be the blue leg hermits killing for its shell or another hermit crab, also do you have live rock? i could have a hitchhicker that you do not know of
