Something other than Time Warner

hey guys so since time warner cable's Road runner is blocking the site from most of us upstate new yorkers, and can't tell me on the phone the reason for this, and on the phone where ever the hell they are on the other end can access it, i am wondering some good allternatives to road runner????pretty much just as fast would be nice too...lol...no dial up...

Interesting, at first I doubted it was time warner but it seems there are a bunch of people from the Rochester area having the same problem with road runner and RC. I use Verizon’s DSL and it works pretty good for me…

is the dsl slower than TWRR?

Sometimes DSL is faster and sometimes it is slower. Road runners speeds vary greatly depending on what time of day you are using it. From my understanding DSL’s speed stays constant. At peek hours DSL is probably faster but it is hard to say for sure…

I can dl a music file that is around 3Meg in about 2 min with DSL it is very constant in its speed ...

This is the first access to RC I've had in almost three days. Why does TW block the site? Did they say that they door is that an assumption.

dont know what TW rr cost but my DSL runs me $30. a month and I hardly ever have trouble. maybe its time for a change people....
