I like how in the second link they recommend adding underwater plants to "add important nutrients" to the water, then they provide a link to their plastic plants. What kind of "important nutrients" could their fake plants possibly be leaching into the water? Last I checked real underwater plants absorb nutrients, not leach them out (unless you consider O2 a nutrient).

I guess with Wal-Mart's cheap prices, they can't afford to hire a single writer that knows anything about fishkeeping. Ahh, the high cost of low prices.
 
I doubt it's that they couldn't afford the writer, they just expect their average shopper to be that ignorant to anything having to do with knowing anything. Smh. I'm sure it's all intentional....
