Sort of red slime desease to identify

I moved from a 33g to a 65g+sump and one pocillopora found it hard. It lost a lot of polyps and now a sort of red slime (very similar) is coverning it on certain areas. It is moving day to day.
Reading Borneman, I'm thinking about Stress-related Necrosis, Red-band disease but not sure.
It started about 3-4 weeks ago, I did a Lugol dip along with brushing/removing the slime but it came back. No signs on other LPS or SPS.

Any idea on what it is and what to do?

Seams much like this.
Looks like manual removing and Lugol's Dip is the thing to do...
