Source for 24w/13" Power Compact ballasts?

I'm considering building my own canopy and using twelve 13" power compact bulbs. I'm aware that's a lot of bulbs to replace and the likelihood of a ballast going out goes up, but I like the flexibility it offers in light control (I have an Aquacontroller that isn't being tasked enough).

I've found 24w ballasts on eBay for $25 each, I'm just curious about other sources or prices? The eBay ones are 2x24, which is the set-up I want.

This is for a 60 gallon tank for softies, so I'm sure it will be enough light for my needs. I was thinking 4 actinics, 2 50/50's and the rest regular(?) daylight bulbs. Would it be best to mix the ratings on the others (ie. 10k, 15k and 20k)?

Besides the initial cost and cost of bulbs does anyone else see why this would be a bad idea?

Hellolights.com is the place. Check them out, it's where I found my 32w actinics.

check out nanotuners.com for the ballasts. I have one 2x24 I'm not using (actually never been used) that I'll let go of at a reasonable price.
