Source for clown genetics?

I am starting to do a little research as to the passing on of genetic traits. I recently came into possession of a nice pair that have been together for about two years, one Black O. (male) and a normal O. with a bit more of a redish hue than is normally found. This got me thinking and I was wondering if there is a source that describes which traits may be dominant or recessive when it comes to stripes or color pattern? I am curious as to if these two guys would produce black, orange, or a mix of the two traits?

Striping and color has some effect to an extant...foods with high asathanxtin will produce that bright red coloration where as i believe its low iodine/iodide produces misbars along with dirty water...check out other sites, many questions you have, have been answered already

Gregor Mendel would suggest that you get defined set ratios of offspring. Smart guy that Mendel.
However- its appearing that clownfish barring may also encompass epigenetic regulation, and potentially be a multi-genic event, precluding some of Mendels therom.
So I would suggest you bred the two parents- choose whatever offspring you find attractive and consider "setting the genetics" by backbreeding, after a few dozen rounds of breeding you might get consistent genetics
