Progressive Marine in Mobile is the best around, IMO (www.progressivemarine.com). It's between Lowe's on Rangeline and Mobile Lumber on hwy 90; if you go north on hwy 90 from Knollwood, just as you pass Mobile Lumber on the left, there will be a small strip mall on the left; if you cross hwy 90 and drive inbetween those strip malls and go around behind the building on the left, you can't miss them (the door has a red-letter sign on it). They are open weekdays 2-7, and on Saturday 12-6. Their number is 665-0564, the proprietor's name is Rich.

Fat Fish (http://www.fatfishinc.com/) is the other great store in the Mobile area; they are across the bay. Michelle and Chris are the proprietors; they are both very knowledgeable. Their number is 251-626-0926. Here are the directions to their store, right from their website:

'Directions from Fairhope: Take Hwy 98 North, turn right at Van Buren Street. One block up, turn left on N. Main St. We are on the left, less than 1/4 mile from the Circle-K on N. Main St, across the street from Lake Forest Animal Clinic.

Directions from Mobile: Take I-10 to the Daphne Exit (35), bear right (heading South on Hwy 98), Turn left on Van Buren, then turn left on N. Main St. We are on the left, less than 1/4 mile from the Circle-K on N. Main St, across the street from Lake Forest Animal Clinic.'

Hope that helps. You can't go wrong with either one of those.
