South west subs home service needed!

I Am in need of an in home tank service. I am fighting what I believe is Dino's. I had my tank black for 3 days changing carbon everyday turn the lights on after 72 hours for 4 hours at a low percentage on my AI blues and it looked liked the Dino's where coming back already so I turned the lights back off for the night.

I don't know what else to do and I need someone to help me pinpoint where the problem can be coming from.
