Yes I got the PM. :)

I just went down to HD to pick up my sand and release the sand that was left to be sold. You may go to HD in Melbourne to pick it up. The HD is located on 192 in Melbourne, just west of the mall. You need to go to the pro desk to pick it up. That desk is located in the lumber area. Tell them you are there to pick up the tropical play sand shipped down from Penn. The bags are $4.99 a piece.

I will probably be driving over to pick some up if anyone in the Orlando area wants me to pick up some for them.

Hey Havoc

I just wanted to thank you again for getting the sand close enough to purchase. Even though I had to take the 2 hour trek I picked my 7 bags up today. From the looks of it there was not much left.

Yes, thank you so much Havoc (Patrick). Also, a big thanks to Carla @ HD. I talked with her a little while, and she put in a lot of time/follow up to make this happen. It seems as though this is were alot of the *****-shipments fall a part...the follow up on the part of the HD people.

Anyway, It was a great success, thanks to all, and happy reefing.

Well ber for you put it in the tank put the sand on a bucket and blast it with a hose 2-3 times. Each time you fill the bucket with water, dump the water keep the sand. after doing this my tank cleared in 2 hours.

--You guys are so very welcome! I am one of those people that when I am told no.....It just isn't a good enough answer. I'm the so-called Poor Mans Reefer. You know the type, no money, a big *** glass fish box and a wife asking me how much did I just spend on that ####ing fish tank again. ;)

BTW If there a demand for more, I can have another pallet shipped in.
 
Just a note. I went down with Juan and he prepaid and I didn't. They only charged me 2.99 a bag. :) So get it while you can and pay at a register with one bag. (The UPS doesn't scan).
 
Anyone heading to the Tampa area anytime soon? Its a bit far to drive to Melbourne, but I could make it to Orlando if someone could pick up 3 bags for me. Thanks!
 
Man how did I know Jason would rub that one in. Sucker. You still owe me more gas money punk seeing as you got the better deal!
 
Dude that was well worth getting rid of the Wife and Kids for a day. I am not on call this coming weekend. I'm up for another road trip!
