Spare Parts Order for Osmolator

I recently bought a used Osmolator and need some parts. I just placed an order to extend the sensors down to be able to top off my sump in my 29 gal sump. I know that you are in Germany and am wondering if the person you have helping you while you are away can ship these parts? The reason I am asking is because I am going to China in a couple weeks for work and need to have my top off working while I am away. I am leaving on the 30th so I would need the parts by the 29th. Will this order be a problem or should I try to rig something up to get my ATO going while I am away?

I got the order, it is a bit complicated but I will try to walk him through it. The problem is the rarely sold parts are in the repair room and not amongst the normal inventory but I will call hiim tomorrow and get it done.
