sparking at transformer

Roger,
After thoroughly cleaning my 6100 it ran for a few hours just fine. Then the alarm went off. Pulled it apart and put it back together. When I was plugging it into the transformer. I noticed arcing/sparks at the center connector. Tried it several times and it sparked four out of five times.

Thoughts?

I am guessing you mean the three prong connector for the driver? My guess would be it has either some saltwater damage or the connector broke free of its solder connection to the board.
