Nice to see TN takes there animal saftey more serious than CA. Although this seems like a pretty extream case

"The bottoms of some bird cages were filled with feces. Urine had rotted some of the wooden cages. Fish tanks were cloudy to the point the fish could not be seen.

Sounds like the shop had not been in a operational state for while for all this to take place.

The way i read his comment I took it as TN wasnt as bad as that place.

I've been into one pet shop in Tullahoma that was filthy like they described that pet shop, bird poops piled up in the cages looking like they haven't been cleaned in ages. The store stinks badly, you can't even look into the fish tanks cause the tank is covered with algae. But the surprising thing is people like buying reptiles from her cause she have the best reptiles. Her fish are healthy too surprisingly. I just dunno how those birds are putting up with it. Dust was everywhere, spider webs everywhere, toys and products were covered in dust and I mean THICK dust. She went out of business finally.....
