Hello Guys,

Well i got tagged tonight :( Does anyone know of good speeding ticket lawyers ? Anyone use Ticket Clinic before ?

When my were going to son got his ticket he was going 37 over we were going to fight it with one of those beat your speeding ticket programs I am sure it would of worked. But the ticket was a felony and they reduced it so we went ahead and paid the fines and let him keep his licence. How much over were you ?
Good Luck Mark

Go to anyone of those "$70 no questions asked!" type places or ticket clinic place.

I got a few tickets one night for doing some stupid things and I paid $240... never went to court... no points were added... everything worked out great. I will try to get the name.

i got an 86 in a 65 ticket over thanksgiving weekend and used ticket clinic (-800-CITATION)

they got me off... i paid 80 to the lawyer and my case was dismissed on Feb 8th...

ATTORNEY--ALEX HANNA

ATTORNEY--ALEX HANNA

Traffic ticket attorney Alex Hanna is a great client of ours and his law firm offers all of our customers a discount, so even if you're not a customer already just bring your ticket in and we'll call the law firm from our store and extend our discount to you.

Hope this helps you out.

I've used a couple of different ones with the same result (ticket clinic included).
All of them got me off with no points, but I still had to pay court costs and/or fines.
It's worth it not to get the points and not to have to spend a day in traffic court.

Hello Guys,

Thanks for all the replies guys...I think i'm going to give the ticket clinic a shot since they have a local office. I was going 63 in a 45 lane.. The funny thing i was headed over to another reefers house to pick up a BTA that he was giving away... I guess it turned out to be an expensive BTA in the end ...lol

I also recommend ticket-clinic, I got tagged going 103 on the turnpike... They got me out of it without loosing my license... The cop was rather amused, i drive a TDI Beetle.

I recommend ticket clinic too. 400$ Worth of tickets including speeding in a school zone, no liscense on me, and no registration on me. I paid 103$

Depends on the situation.

There are tons of loopholes in the laws.
A lawyer's job is to find those loophole and exploit them.
Everything from disputing when a radar gun was last calibrated to whether the cop wrote down the proper statute number on the ticket.
Even if they have nothing, they can still play the game of asking for a new court date until the cop fails to show up.

That's why they make the big bucks... they know how to play the game and we don't.

I also think that when these lawyers come in to the court with 100's of tickets they get treated differently then us. They just charge a fee and let them go on the way it makes the system faster.

I have used this guy several times in the past with good results.

I've never had to hire a lawyer. As long as the offense is only speeding, all I've had to do was choose the court option, go to the pretrial hearing and there they always offer you a pre-trial deal, which pretty much amounts to 1/2 off the ticket fee and no points in your license.

really? I just got onw im 17. this is my second this month. I payed and took the class for the first one but the second one was in a speed trap. 183$ and 4 points. is it worth going to court like that?

I hire the lawyer so I don't have to take off from work and fight the downtown traffic/parking/etc.
If you've got the time, the patience, and are certain you're going to get a deal then that sounds like a good option.
The way I look at it tho, is I'd be paying twice (1/2 fine plus 1 day's lost wages), plus I'd have to waste my day downtown.

also, ive heard that usually cases with a lawyer are seen first.. so my case and your case and joe-bob's case with a lawyer from ticketclinic will be seen at 10 am... then 15 other cases with a different lawyer are seen at noon, etc.. until the 3pm when your case with no lawyer is tried... meaning you lost the whole day...

k well how do you KNOW that they will give you the option? It was an obvious speed trap and it was like a Crack down day or something. I did 61 in a 45. well it wasnt a 45 in like another mile then it was 55. I was just passing somebody. I'm under 18 too so,...
