Speeding Ticket Lawyers Recommendation?

Randy used to work at the law offices of Ruden McClosky in Ft.Lauderdale. We both used and attorney there by the name of Sam Fields for Randy's speeding ticket and my red light ticket. He can usually get you off on the grounds of a small technicality like the officer did not fill out one line on the ticket form. I'm not sure what he would typically charge though. Probably more than a "ticket clinic" type of place, but we both got no points, etc.

Next time just run... if they can't catch you there's no ticket.

haha... Never noticed the reset form button until now. Had to type the above twice.

My wife is an attorney, and we've used The Ticket Clinic more than once. These high volume ticket "fixers" practically walk into court and their whole stack of cases gets dismissed.

Lol i did run but b4 he put his lights on so it wasnt evading. lol. but seriously is it worth it for me? Since I am a minor, will I still get the pre trial settlement?

If you currently have a clean license with no tickets recently, most of the places (ticket clinic included) will guarantee you no points, no fines. You just pay the attorney instead. If you license isn't clean currently, they will tell you what to expect. The whole process takes about 5 minutes on the phone, then you can decide whether or not to hire the atty. Well worth the phone call.
