I've had a fuge with it in it for about 2.5 years. The first year and a half/two years, the stuff would grow like crazy - I had to harvest it every month it was so thick. That stopped about 6 months ago, growth has slowed considerable and what's left doesn't look as thick. Have a coralife over it with actinic and white bulbs - sprectrum might be off a bit as the lights are about 2 years old.

I think your bulbs have lost their intensity. I would replace them with 5500-6500k bulbs. I use a cheap DE MH spot light from Home Depot and get great growth.
