If you've had long-term success with Trikentrion flabelliforme, I'd appreciate some help. The tips of my sponge have lost their orange color. The main body still looks healthy and has solid color. Polyps are fine. I'm assuming the tip damage is a result of recent high phosphates and nitrates. What's the best strategy? Cut the tips off? Leave them because they'll heal/recover?
