Spiny box puffer with cloudy eye

Hello all,
I have a burr fish, spiny box puffer which has a cloudy eye. I have a medication tank that I could set up for him for treatment outside of my reef if necessary.
Just looking for advice on what to treat with, and if it needs to be out of my reef, or not.
Other inhabitants are two percs, bi colored blenny, longhorn cowfish, and a matted filefish.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You!

Can you post some pictures? Is it only 1 eye that is cloudy? Is the fish showing any other symptoms of a parasite? Bacteria infections can cause a cloudy eye but after research I found that it's more common for both eyes to be infected if it's a bacteria infection. One cloudy eye could be from an injury, parasite, or bacteria infection.

Could possibly be flukes or ich. I would suggest dosing epsom salt in the tank at 1tbspn per 5g and see if this helps or not. It's reef safe and if it doesn't work nothing lost. Do it for a few days to see if the cloudy eye clears
