Spirulina enriched brine shrimp?

I posted this question in the reef fishes forum and so far no one has offered an opinion.

Are the frozen spirulina enriched brine shrimp a good nutrition value? That is, are they like feeding gut loaded brine shrimp or are they basically brine shrimp in spirulina soup?

Thanks!

Probably not. Everytime I read a thrd on feeding I always see that brine doesn't have any nutritional value and only newly hatch brine does. So I've stopped buying even with the enriched one. I've changed to feeding the tank with Marine Cuisine, Emerald Entree, Angel & Butterfly, Prime Reef, Mysis as their staple food and a couple of more for treats.

I will have to try some of those. I will still feed some brine shrimp for now, since my mandarin likes it (as well as blood worms, and she has lots of pods to eat and she's really chunky so don't worry that she's not getting enough to eat).

So far she has not liked mysis. I think it's just a bit too big for her liking, but I will definitely get some cyclopeeze.
