I actually caught the final moments of one of my RBTA
s splitting.

Pretty cool.

The splitting started last week using two rocks, but when one of the rocks rolled from the pulling the anemone decided to move. For the next week it wandered the tank with the small anemone attached by a small piece. Then yesterday it crawled up the back wall continued with the split.

Normally I have seen them split overnight.

yep, usually doesn't take too long, my rainbow just split last week and when I left for work in the morning you couldn't tell anything was different, when I came home at 5ish there were two smaller nems instead of one bigger one.

I have two that split last week. They should be ready in another week or two.

These RBTA's get BIG! The one in my DT is over 12" across. So you really should have a decent sized tank.
