Sponge/gorgonian help

Calappidae

Harlequin Shrimp
My lfs got this new "Deco rock" which is live rock with all kinds of hitchhikers and macro on them.. and some of them have gorgonians and sponges 2 feet tall!!! I'm not kidding some of them are sticking out of the water or laying sideways! I'm very tempted to grab them..

I have a 30g full of macro algae for nutrient export and it does have two non-photo carnation tree corals with red polyps (just got those last night). Only thing in it is a couple damsels, chocolate chip star (storage tank for harlequin shrimp food) and the main entertainer, a peacock mantis (which I'm picking up monday).

They look like regular orange/red tree sponges and the gorgonians are black, not like sea fans tho. Any thoughts on how much to feed, when to feed, etc etc.

I would first like to address how you plan to keep those Carnation corals alive long term?

Also if they are black they might be dead...I don't believe there is a single black gorgonia other then its structure that is black.

Sponges need less care then the carnation coral but still need to be feed at least 2 times a week on phytoplankton.

I got marine snow and I gave them each a capful last night.. lfs told me 3 times per week (I was going to do every other day).

For apropriate id since I'm not 100% sure what these guys are specifically...

Yellow with red polyps (throughout the day it seems to lower.. raise.. spread.. and repeat. One head is laying ontop of another head currently. right now it's begining to raise again..)

Each one is about fist sized.

I failed to get an exact id from the lfs but from the research I've done the closest I got was carnations.

Incase is matters; They are also housed under a 48 watt duel bulb t5 1 10k and 1 atinic 30" bulbs. aprox a foot below the light and the light being 6 or so inches above the water line.

The gorgonians were really really dark and feathery like these: http://www.bluezooaquatics.com/productDetail.asp?did=3&pid=1507&cid=302 but even darker to being almost black.
