Sponge on my zoas?

Hey all, is this a sponge on these zoas?

See that circular thing on the right? Its kinda spongy/holey looking. Doesn't seem to bother anything except that one polyp its encroaching on, though those are the slowest growing zoas I have.

When I had my nano flip out a month or two ago after fw/lugols dipping most of my frags, I remember the first thing Mucho Reef asked me: Any sponges? Well....I think maybe that is one? So whats the deal with sponges, not good?

Alot of the time when the sponge dies it takes out the polyps.

Hmmm....so how do I get rid of it without offing the zoas, cut it out of there? I'd think that if any tissue is left it would grow back.

dont air kill some sponges, might can get rid of it that way. not sure
