How come the entry fee keeps climbing on these swaps? $30 per person at the door?

Entry fees for the other swaps coming up on fragswapper run from $5 a person to $10 for families.

For this swap there will not be a table fee for vendors. All vendors and hobbyists are welcome to set up so long as you have your paid admission.

This swap will include a full buffet lunch. We need to know the number of attendees a full week in advance to let catering know. We'll have to take a chance on how many people will show up at the last minute so we're encouraging everyone to purchase tickets in advance. Visit TooFishy.com/fragswap to buy your tickets. We've used this location before but have never tried to do a full, buffet lunch for the swap.

Can you post up which vendors are planning to be at the swap so far? Just wondering whats going to be there since there isnt anything posted on swapper yet with only a few weeks left.

We have some nice items for the raffle. Some LED lights, a tank, some salt, some other stuff.

As for vendors - I've been in contact with about six vendors so far. We're not charging a vendor fee this time so they don't have to preregister with us. It's hard to say exactly how many will be there at this time but we always have more vendors than just the people I talk to in advance.
