SPS and 250 watt 15k K DE XM: Pics? Has the PAR improved?

I remember the old XM 15000 K DE bulbs had the lowest PAR rating of any tested. I was under the impression that they had been redesigned and remanufactured/improved in the last few years.

Does anyone know what the new PAR numbers are? Any pics or testimonials on SPS tanks?

Cant remember although i think that back in the day they only had "about" as much par as the xm 20k. Not sure if they were redesigned.
