sps and lps polyp extention problems

I've read all the threads on PE and they don't help me that much. Here's whats going on..

At night everything is out full bloom.

I have a 6x54 T5 tek retro 3x actinic and 3x 10,000K on a 78gal. The tank is only 18" tall. The bulbs are 4" from water.

2 of the actinics come on to start the day cycle and with in 5-10 min all the SPS and my brain retract.

My hammer and the softies stay open.

I allready changed out the 3 actinics but no change.

PLease help..
