I'd say the frags are 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up in the tank.

that which is browning move up, give it some more light.

on the birdnest with the white spots, is there still tissue? if there is tissue but is all white try moving it down, also how is the flow in the tank; most importantly with regards to where the birdsnest is currently sitting?

With the birdsnest, there are still polyps and tissue on the white parts, but the rest is brown so which way would I move it? Also recently the montipora cap in the first picture I posted has a white bleached spot. I immediately moved it lower just a little bit. What this the right thing to do?

Oh and the flow in my tank isn't good. One of my powerheads is broken and the powerheads is a small nano Koralia powerhead that doesn't provide a lot of flow. The birdsnest is all the way on the other end of the aquarium that the powerhead is so the flow is pretty light.

brown typically means lack of light, the random white spots could be a sign of issues in the water. have you done a water change or how often do you do them? I would test your ALK/CA/MG, especially ALK every day to watch for fluctuations.

I did a water change last weekend and I do one every weekend. I should probably get a magnesium test kit just to help. Just today I've seen some algae or brown stuff grow over the white parts of the birdsnest. I'm not sure if that will help anything or not; just wanted to share to see if it would help.

if algae is growing over the white parts, then those areas are likely dead or dying. If it begins to spread you may need to frag.

have you been doing more alk tests? do you see any changes from day to day? water stability is very.very important. so is flow, need to increase your current in the tank.
what is your PH?

My alkalinity is stable. I tested it the past days and it hasn't changed a bit. I also purchased a larger new powerhead so my flow issue is adressed now too. My PH however is low at 7.8.
