Sps disease on Cali Tort... help please.

Most of my SPS are doing well, but my Cali Tort. Its browning while polyps are not coming out. Close inspection and basting does not reveal AEFW or RBs. What it did reveal is an odd blemish... any ideas?

Have you tried a bayer dip?
