sps flow question

Hi, my tank is 56inch across, 28 front to back and 26 high. Just wondering what is the best flow for my system, video of tank is here

currently have 2 mp40 es and was wondering do i go with a medium setting with lower to medium flow or do i hammer it and go for maximum?

I can't see what you have on the tank in the video, but it looks to be like decent flow. I would be cranking those MP40s as long as nothing gets too upset. Lots of sps to grow.
