I am downgrading my tank from SPS dominated to LPS and Softies only. My husband and I are expecting in September, and believe it or not pregnancy has rendered me allergic to the water (whatever biological agents are in it), and ironically some of the chemicals in my test kits. It's very odd, but my husband now does the maintenance on the tank. LPS and softies will be easier on us during this crazy time in our lives. I will not give up my tank so downgrading seemed like a viable option!. Plus I want some $$$ to go buy new LPS's, and the budget is ridiculously tight right now 
I would also consider LPS and softie trades, I like zoos, mushrooms and corals that flow...Here we go.....
