The caps are also fairly easy. The milli has been through all my learning stages and is still alive. The tort and other acros are more difficult.

How about the Pink Birds Nest?

They are a little harder, they need good flow or will have tissue problems at the base.

What do you consider good flow?

...everything is relative

Well, when you buy a little piece of birds nest it will do ok but as it grows it gets dense and water has a hard time going through it. If it does not get enough flow you will have die off. What is good flow, I would say anywhere from 50+ times turnover of tank volume.

50 - 75 X Turnover for thicker acros birds nest etc IMO
