SPS Frag has a mouth

I have another SPS colony that seem to put out radar dish looking nets every few seconds to try to catch particulate matter. This particular frag though seems to have much more of a mouth like opening that opens and closes.

I was feeding Nutramar Ova soaked in Reef Plus for a few minutes.

I believe that's a barnacle. This frag must have come from a wild or maricultured colony? They don't seem to pose any harm to the coral and may eventually die if their needs are not met.
