sps frag help

I got thus frag a month ago when I bought it I watched the lfs cut it off the colony in the pic. Broughy it home and it lost color but is still growing. Pretty quick too. What should I do to get that color back?

I buy tons of sps from same lfs other frags keep and even gain color so I dont think its a water problem.

what kind of lighting does the lfs have? what kind of lighting do you have?

They have halides. I have 8 t5 bulbs and about 42 feet total of leds. But i bought the frag the day he got it in so it wasnt under his lights that long..

I've had this colour of acro twice before. Both times it browned after getting in the tank and then eventually colours back up. 1 piece is getting better as the months go on but it's been 6 mths already. I'd say just keep your water good and it will come back

Is this SSC frag? I have mine 12 inches below a 400 watt radium and its color is very intense any lower and it loses color.

He said its like ssc. At times I see it getting a little green but then it goes away again? I don't want to move it because its growing really good, should I lower it raise it or leave it

My question would be, What is your phosphate level? and what is your nitrate level?

Using api both undetectable. And yes im looking into better test because these cant test that low. I run bio pellets so nitrates are prob low but I do have a tiny bit of algea so I know I have some phos
