SPS frag tank help

Need help with my QT that now is a SPS frag only tank.

I just bought a thin Branch Birdsnest and 2 yellow Stylophora frags. Both were temp and drip acclimated, then dipped in Revive. Right now the are on a frag rack in the lower portion of the tank.

In terms of lighting I have 2 35w, T5 VHO strips, a 65w LED daylight flood light, a 25w Fluval LED strip, and a 25w CFL spot light. It's makeshift..but it's what I have to work with. Photoperiod is set for a 12 hour day.

Flow is sufficient with a Sicce Voyager 3, a maxi jet 1200, and 2 Aquaclear 70 HOB filters...one is just housing Chaeto for nutrient export.

I also have a RO BH90 HOB skimmer, running at night only to try and alleviate any ph swings due to aeration.

Question.....do the frags need to be light acclimated and slowly moved up to prevent bleaching....or can I get away with placing them in the upper portion of the tank?

Any input would be appreciated. My DT houses a mixed reef with a GARF Bonsai colony, so I am familiar with keeping SPS, just a bit concerned that my QT lighting needs help.

The 65watt LED floodlight suggests high PAR Plus you have the t5, and the other bits suggests high PAR in this tank). I'd start any corals lower in the tank and slowly bring up.

If you notice corals becoming pale, decrease the light period from 12 hours down to 8 max. You dont say what size the QT is, but the lighting you have rigged up, can potentially be quite high PAR.

Sorry....its a 30g high tank. All of these lights were due to the addition of a clam. But yes..I do have them down at the bottom of the tank with moderate flow.
