Looks pretty good! Im getting .75" growth a month on my red planet. Some SPS seem to grow really fast. If your pic is a purple monster... Congrats! I hear purple monsters grow very slowly.

Are you claiming the growth of the second coral took place in 2 months? Because I find that realy hard to beleave.

buy baff: Purple monster is what I bought it as.

Life aquatic: Yeah I agree some grow fast, I read that some guys wont even put
tables in there tank they grow so fast.

Matthew: Thanks :)

Pimp: I believe it's a purple monster (Unknown species) Red planet is what people are calling it now Or Mike paletta prostrata is what I bought it as. I think it's a red hyacynthus, not sure on the blue one maybe Micropthalma.

nvdiz: thanks so much

Jsdancer: I don't have any secrets I would attribute the growth to rock solid parameters,
good flow, good lighting, high import and high export.

kegoez: I run Zeovit, read above.

aleonn: I use two of the Elos planet 2 fixtures 2x150 and 4x 39w t5's

buybaff and buckeye: it's a real time lapse. I'll post again updated photos. I just took one this morning and three days later I can see more growth on the table. The others not really so much. You dont have to believe me or maybe your just comparing your corals to mine?. :) but it's real. maybe just for you guys I'll post a newspaper clipping/date with the photo :)

Gizmo: Thanks! read the above also.

LOL ha ha Wasn't calling you a lier just thought the dates may have gotten mixed up. Great growth on all three. I would say the purple monster growth is most impresive. Great job!

How about a FTS?

I cant believe it myself and I am going for kudos here :)
that's why I posted, it's kind of an awesome thing that has happened. It's also exciting for the hobby imo. fts is not really pic worthy the tank is cluttered right now and still has a bit of yuckiness since the move. maybe in a few mo. it will look better
