didnt add any new sps nor fish since 2011
my no3 is getting higher and skim mate thicker
need to clean my skimmer more often

i reduce feeding and double dose vodka few months ago

the growing sps causing high bioload?

SPS will not add to the bioload as long as they're not dying and you're not feeding more. Something else is to blame... Has your nitrate been increasing gradually for some time or have you all the sudden noticed it. Some general system details anmd any changes you've made would help as well.

In particular...

Have you moved any rockworked, added or taken anything out, or changed any other equipment?

What type of sandbed do you have?

mine is bb setup, my nitrates are below 5ppm
frag my sps every few months
change tube every 9 months, minor water change once a week
standard routine, nothing major

the only difference is both my cleaner shrimp died after 2 years+
didnt add new shrimp as my mystery wrasse might eat it
maybe not enough scavengers?

Below 5ppm your still ok, just keep up with your maintenance. How do the colors look on the sps? Any browning? If your corals are doing ok I wouldn't be too alarmed yet. Maybe try a lil bigger water changes
