SPS in a pico - anyone?

I'd really like to try this, looking for input. What was your experience if you have (preferably), or your thoughts if you haven't (but have thought about it).

I'd first try a really hardy one like a green Pocillopora or something like that. It's branching, as well as floreses. And it's pretty hardy.

You'd need to have an ATO probably with kalk wasser all the time.

How small of a tank are you talking about? I've had good luck with some sps frags in my 12g w/ 70w HQI, but I wouldn't consider my tank a pico.

i keep sps in my 5.5g aga so it's possible, my stability is good i just have to do daily mataince to keep things happy

Should work.
I had sps in 10g with 70W PC, if close to the light - they grow. Same wattage MH improved coloration, 110W PC - same effect. Birdsnest, stylopora, pocillopora, porites, green pavona, monties, turbinaria. Birdsnest is most problematic with coloration.
