I had read that some cleaner wrasses were reef safe such as Labroides dimidiatus...
Purchased a neat looking Yellow Tail Cleaner Wrasse this a.m. at the LFS and turns out he's this: Polyp munching machine...
So far in the 30 mins in my tank he's eaten polyp off caps, pocillopora, birdsnest, milles, valida and doesn't seem to have a favorite. Soon as I can catch him he's going back to the LFS (already called the LFS and told them what it is as they still had a couple more in there) but wanted to give you guys a heads up that not all cleaner wrasses are created equal.
