Thanks,

I've got a lot of SPS in my tank, though predominantly the non-acropora species. No good pics at hand right now. There are a few other people who are heavy into them around here as well.

You should come to our reef club meeting this afternoon. If you want directions, PM me.

I've got alot of SPS, as well (mostly Acro), but I've got the rock out of the tank right now fighting several different algaes (egg noodle looking algae, dictoya ish algae, some other Aussie crap). I'm hoping to get rock back into the tank in th enext few weeks. My fish are all a little neurotic right now. Here is a post I made a six months or so ago. I've lost some of the coral and a lot more has been cut down to get at the algae in the bases, but I still have a little of most of these. Can't wait to get the rock back in. I've been planning a big project for a while now that's gone on much longer than expected. I keep putting things off so I don't double spend on something, but it's wreakign havoc...

I wish I could make it but I have other plans today. How often do you guys meet?

Bummer. We meet once a month, rotates around between houses. Plans are to have another swap (probably at the Drury Inn in front of Sam's) in the March-April timeframe. Someone will post the date and time of the next meeting after it's decided today.

Sweet tank, KniLLifer!! Was admiring it in the SPS forum. Did you just move this this area and bring your tank with you?

Thanks for the comments.
Actually I have been in Alabama almost 5 years. The current tank was started here, it grew from a 55 gallon to 75, and now I have the 120. I hope to upgrade to one of those new Deep Dimension tanks from Marineland soon, but that will be a hard sell to the wife.

Thanks again,

I'm living Auburn, so pretty close to Montgomery. I'm getting more into SPS slowly. It's difficult keep the needed tank stability for SPS while in college though...
I'll post a photo soon.

awesome tank! I am in the montgomery area also. I will post some pics when I have some current ones. I am in the process of getting a new stand/canopy built.
