as hobbiests i believe many of us become overly fixated on our corals alone. as you see time and time again in peoples thread in which they show case their reefs for us all to see and enjoy, only pictures of corals are show and often times even FTS's are not given, but rather pictures of individual corals. i love corals very much, dont get me wrong, however many of us over look the over all beauty of their ENTIRE system. granted corals, fish, and inverts are what we all strive to keep healthy and showcase to people, what about the cabinet? i believe a cabinet is to a reef tank what a frame is to a painting. cabinets can set the entire look of a tank, weather it be modern, classical, or anything in between. cabinets are so important from a design point of view and influence the over all look of the entire tank yet they are never showcased in pictures and are entirely over looked in this hobby. i would love for people to post FTS's of their reefs here which include their cabinets....
